- No behavioral profiling or user tracking

- We respect your digital privacy completely

3. Minimal Data Collection

The only data we access is:

- Local Storage: To save your progress on your device

- Optional CloudKit: Only if you explicitly enable sync across Apple devices

- HealthKit: Only with your explicit permission for mindful minutes tracking

Local Storage

- All breathing session data, task completions, and progress metrics are stored locally

- Data never leaves your device without your explicit action

- You can delete your data at any time by clearing browser storage

Optional Cloud Sync

- If you enable iCloud sync, data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud account

- Apple handles all encryption and security for iCloud data

- You can disable sync at any time in Settings

HealthKit Integration

- Mindful minutes are only written to HealthKit with your permission

- No health data is read from HealthKit without explicit consent

- You control all HealthKit permissions through iOS Settings

 📊 Analytics & Usage Data

We do not collect any analytics or usage data.

Unlike most apps, we don't track:

- How often you use the app

- Which features you use

- Your interaction patterns

- Device information or location data

- Edit or delete any task, session, or achievement

Data Deletion

- Clear all app data through Settings

- Delete individual sessions or tasks

- Remove the app to delete all local data

Consent Management

- Revoke HealthKit permissions anytime in iOS Settings

- Disable iCloud sync in app Settings

- Control all notification preferences
